Cobb Summer 2026 Internship - Oklahoma
These positions are located in one of our facilities in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina. Priority consideration will be given to candidates who are currently local to these areas.
About the role
Interns will work in a variety of poultry production and live operations positions to become familiar with the various parts of the production process. They will also gain exposure to operation support departments such as Safety and Quality Assurance. Interns are expected to contribute to our success through innovative ideas and value creation. Based on successful performance and the talent needs of our business, interns may have the opportunity to become full-time Cobb team members.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester of school remaining (agriculture, poultry operations, or other agriculture-related fields preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn from others
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
