Coatings Spray Technician, Weekend Nights

Join our Paint Process Laboratory team as a Coatings Spray Technician on the Weekend Nights shift. Work with advanced spray equipment and robotics to test and evaluate coatings used in real-world applications. This role is based in Cleveland, OH and reports to the Applications Supervisor. No prior experience is necessary—paid training is provided.

Schedule

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM.

Pay

Base salary of $52,000 with an additional weekend premium.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate spray equipment following standard procedures
• Run paint applications tests using automated and robotic systems
• Spray and test samples of paint from production
• Record process settings and test results using computer systems
• Analyze and communicate detailed observations
• Follow all safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized lab (5S standards)
• Enter data into applications logs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, etc.)
