About the role
The coater operator is responsible for operating the laminating machine to achieve production requirements to meet customers’ expectations. Assist in assuring HACCP, GMP’s, Work Instructions, and Food Safety Quality system requirements (SQF) are in compliance.

- Operate the laminating machine to meet production requirements
- Achieve customer expectations through efficient operation
- Affirm compliance with HACCP, GMP’s, Work Instructions, and SQF
Requirements
- Experience operating laminating machines
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP’s, Work Instructions, and SQF
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good communication skills
Skills
- Proficient in using laminating machines
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills
