The Role

Coat room attendants are responsible for greeting and directing guests upon arrival, as well as providing Swingers service through the careful check-in, storage, and safe return of all guests' coats and personal belongings. These initial interactions with guests are essential to creating the right first impressions and making our guests feel welcome, appreciated, and satisfied with the integrity and safety of the Coat Room procedures in line with Swingers ethos, culture, and behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests upon arrival
• Check-in, store, and safely return guests' coats and personal belongings
• Maintain excellent organizational standards in the coat room
• Provide exceptional hospitality in line with Swingers' ethos and culture

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
• Ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
• Capability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be on premises to perform all work requirements
