Coast Guard property logistic specialist (must be US citizen)

Responsibilities

• Meet/coordinate with customer at Property Management for US Coast Guard and logistic.
• Verifications by cage code/Loan Updates For upcoming contract close-outs/For APO reconciliation process.
• Afford assistance in updating work processes and procedures such as flow charts and PowerPoint slides.
• Schedule turn-in appointments for property in possession, 1-2 days before the contract end date.
• Cook up return warehouse for processing, including providing instructions and shipping information.
• Perform sanitization of storage media or hard drives as applicable, remove hard drives of property items to be disposed of, and prepare and sign documents verifying sanitization of media.
• Ensure efficient preparation and completion of all necessary disposal tags and documents to facilitate timely disposal and prevent unnecessary delays.
• Provide shipment IDs for assets received based on the Asset Visibility Report.
