Coaching Positions - Thompson Middle School - 2026 - 2027

Qualifications

• Minimum Certification requirement: Substitute Teacher
• Coaching Experience: Some successful coaching experience preferred
• Employment in District: Full-time teaching assignment in Middletown Township Public Schools preferred
• Sports Management: Ability to proactively manage student academic and behavioral support, scheduling, budgeting, equipment and materials
• Sports Knowledge: Proficiency in the technical aspects of the sport being coached, including the latest training and conditioning techniques to ensure the safety of the student athlete
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
