About the role

Coaching Position - High School North Flag Football for the 2026-2027 School Year.

Responsibilities

• Ability to proactively manage student academic and behavioral support, scheduling, budgeting, equipment and materials.
• Proficiency in the technical aspects of flag football, including the latest training and conditioning techniques to ensure student athlete safety.
• Firm understanding of preparing high school student athletes for college-level competition; assist in college searches and provide recommendations for qualified student athletes.

Qualifications

• Minimum certification requirement: Substitute Teacher.
• Coaching experience required.
• Head Coach positions: At least 5 years of successful coaching experience in flag football.
• Assistant Coach positions: Successful coaching experience preferred.
• Employment in district: Full-time teaching assignment in Middletown Township Public Schools preferred.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
