COACH COUNSELOR

What You Will Do

• Provides around-the-clock in-person safety and security.
• Mentors and develops the physical, personal, and health needs of each youth.
• Creates an atmosphere that supports the youth’s needs.
• Monitors and documents behaviors and activities.
• Assists with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
• Collaborates with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan.

Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
• Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.

Schedule

Rotating 12-hour shifts, 2/3/3/2.

Pay

$19.00 per hour.

Schedule/Overtime

Includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.
