Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Varsity team.
• Develop and implement training plans, strategies, and game tactics.
• Foster a positive and supportive team environment focused on skill development, sportsmanship, and academic success.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff.
• Organize and oversee team practices, games, and competitions.
• Promote a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and respect within the program.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the sport.
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate athletes to achieve their best both on and off the court.

Position Details

• Start Date: September 2026
• Season Length: September - October 2026
• Compensation: $900
• Hrs: Practice typically after school hours, with additional time required for meets and events.
