About the Role

KidStrong is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to join our team as KidStrong Coaches. As a Coach, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

What You'll Do

• Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old.
• Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.
• Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills with our stellar training programs.
• Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class.
• Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time.
• Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong.
• Master of All: Coach classes, camps, movie nights, and other center events.
• Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives.
• Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our center.

Requirements

• Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
• Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged crawling - 11 years old.
• Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians.
• Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
• Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR Certified: Or willingness to get certified.
