About the role

Fox Chapel Middle School is seeking an Assistant Middle School Football Coach.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in planning and implementing football programs.
• Work with students to develop skills and strategies for the game.
• Attend all team meetings and practices as scheduled.
• Participate in pre-season and post-season preparation activities.
• Ensure student safety and adherence to rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Florida Educator's Certificate in any subject (not required for cheerleading coaches of non-competitive teams).
• First aid training concepts, injury prevention, CPR.
• Willingness to devote time before and after school hours.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the Hernando County School District required 20 hour Sports First Aid course through Human Kinetics.

Benefits
