Apple Montessori Schools is seeking a Co-Teacher Toddler for our Morris Plains, NJ location. We are committed to the success of our students and invest in the development and growth of our team. Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all students enjoy a safe and enjoyable learning environment
• Collaborating with the Head Teacher in the areas of curriculum, lesson planning, and parent communication
• Working closely with students to foster individual success plans and maintaining accurate records
• Learning how to effectively demonstrate Montessori materials and philosophy
• Collaborating with teaching staff to plan school events and prepare curriculum
• Participating in staff development activities, educational trainings, and mentorship programs

Requirements

• Associate's degree in early childhood education or AA in a similar field with required credits or CDA
• Montessori Experience (preferred)
• NAMC (Preferred or willing to obtain within the first year of employment)
• Ability to communicate with parents effectively and professionally
• Experience with Lesson planning and development
• Ability to multitask and function in an ever-changing environment

$36,000 – $43,000 / year
