Co-Teacher in Early Childhood classroom, Nature's Classroom Inst and Montessori School

Nature's Classroom Institute and Montessori School is seeking an Early Childhood certified teacher (from a MACTE-approved training program) to join our program starting August 2026.

About the role

The qualified teacher will work in a fully supplied, robust classroom with 34–36 students, a co-teacher, and a trained assistant. Our school adheres faithfully to Montessori principles while integrating a strong outdoors and environmental philosophy. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about incorporating outdoor learning into the curriculum.

Requirements

• Early Childhood certification from a MACTE-approved training program
• Willingness and excitement to use the outdoors as part of the curriculum
