About the role
Delta Air Lines, Inc. Technical Operations Division offers a Student Program with co-op opportunities in engineering and production/operational areas. These positions are available for students in the following disciplines:

Responsibilities
- Work in a team environment to creatively solve technical problems.
- Complete assignments with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrate strong technical writing, oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Apply basic PC skills and Microsoft Office software suite knowledge.
- Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
- Prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data consistently.
- Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Some positions may require weekend and/or shift work.
Requirements
- Enrolled as an undergraduate (sophomore or above) with at least 30 semester (45 quarter) hours completed.
- Minimum 2.5 GPA, which must be maintained throughout the co-op.
- Must commit to 2-3 alternating semesters of work without taking any courses (online or in-person) simultaneously, potentially delaying graduation by 1-2 semesters.
- Must complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA, following this schedule:
- Fall 2026 – 1st rotation
- Summer 2027 – 2nd rotation
- Spring 2028 – 3rd rotation
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States.
