Job Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally within the business to improve project and product change delivery performance
- Aid in planning and reporting activities for projects and product changes
- Utilize project and change management systems to handle increasing project complexity
- Gain direct knowledge of operational activities through learning a wide variety of business functions
- Learn and support the creation and updates of business cases
- Master agile project management techniques and apply them within the business framework
- Create and implement content for training on systems and processes
- Support the development and execution of audit procedures for project and change management activities
- Conduct other special projects as assigned
Eligibility Requirements
- Currently attending an accredited college or university
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Detail- and task-oriented
- Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in teams
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft® Office Tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
