Job Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally within the business to improve project and product change delivery performance
  • Aid in planning and reporting activities for projects and product changes
  • Utilize project and change management systems to handle increasing project complexity
  • Gain direct knowledge of operational activities through learning a wide variety of business functions
  • Learn and support the creation and updates of business cases
  • Master agile project management techniques and apply them within the business framework
  • Create and implement content for training on systems and processes
  • Support the development and execution of audit procedures for project and change management activities
  • Conduct other special projects as assigned

Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently attending an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Detail- and task-oriented
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in teams
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Office Tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
