Onboard Brand Experience
The Product & Brand Experience Co-Op will support teams responsible for designing, delivering, and continually improving experiences for Delta customers and employees. Working across various moments of the travel journey, co-ops may contribute to research, problem solving, project planning, storytelling, communications, and cross-functional initiatives that help shape products and experiences aligned to Delta's brand and customer expectations.
- Supports the development of experiences such as bedding, amenity kits, and other onboard offerings that create consistency, comfort, and moments of delight.

Product & Brand Experience

Inflight Entertainment & Connectivity: Engagement & Optimization
The Inflight Entertainment & Connectivity: Engagement & Optimization Co-Op will lead customer engagement strategies across Delta Sync Wi-Fi and Delta Sync Seatback. The team develops content, offers, partnerships, analytics, and personalization strategies that increase customer engagement and support business performance.

- Works closely with technology partners and uses customer insights and analytics to continuously improve the connectivity experience.
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product Management, Design, Communications, Journalism/Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field within a four-year degree program.
- Experience with research, data analysis, presentation development, project coordination, and/or communications through coursework, student organizations, internships, or other relevant experiences.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative team player who embraces continuous improvement and enjoys solving problems with cross-functional partners.
- Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with SharePoint and OneDrive is preferred.
- Demonstrates curiosity about customer and employee experiences and a passion for improving products, services, and processes.
- Willingness and ability to adapt quickly, learn new skills, and embrace new challenges.
- Consistently prioritizes the safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces diverse people, perspectives, and working styles.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time employment opportunity upon graduation. This program is designed to provide meaningful educational and professional experience that prepares students for future career opportunities.
- This position requires participation in three alternating full-time work rotations.
- Co-ops may not be enrolled in courses, either online or in-person, while actively working during a rotation.
- Participation in the program may extend graduation timelines by one to two semesters.

We Are Seeking Co-ops For The Following Rotation Schedule
1st Rotation: Spring 2027
2nd Rotation: Fall 2027
3rd Rotation: Summer 2028
Upon completion of the program, students will have gained approximately one year of professional experience and exposure to customer and employee experience-focused teams across Delta's Marketing & Product organization.
