About the role

This six-month paid co-op opportunity at Philips’ Reedsville site is open to undergraduate students pursuing a BS degree. You will work on meaningful, hands-on projects within a HealthTech company, supporting med-tech production processes and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support departmental processes that directly impact Philips’ med-tech products, including production workflows, product quality, inventory management, and technical support.
• Conduct research on current industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to provide insights that inform strategic projects and initiatives.
• Analyze departmental project data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, delivering actionable recommendations for data-informed decision-making.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute innovative ideas, and document detailed minutes to ensure clear communication and follow-up.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Science, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Fluency with MS Office software.
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with statistics is a plus.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 to $29.00, plus overtime eligibility. Actual base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, location, and internal equity.
