Responsibilities

• Assist with process optimization and efficiency improvements on the production floor.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to production metrics and key performance indicators.
• Aid in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects, including identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams on various assignments.
• Document processes, procedures, and project progress.
• Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support department objectives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting or with lean principles is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
