Overview & Key Responsibilities
The Co-op position requires a candidate to be enrolled as an undergraduate (sophomore or above) that has successfully completed a minimum of 30 semester hours and has a minimum 2.5 GPA.
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must be enrolled as an undergraduate (sophomore or above).
- Must have successfully completed a minimum of 30 semester hours.
- Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be able to maintain the minimum GPA.
- Must be enrolled full-time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op at the same time.
- Must be able to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA in line with the schedule provided.
- Must have strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills.
- Must have robust verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
- Must be able to work well in teams.
- Must be currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Must be able to prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Must embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with professional or technical writing, user experience design, industrial design, or similar concentrations.
- Experience with multi-tasking in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), liaising with both technical and non-technical professionals.
- Outside-of-the-box thinking.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work well in teams.
- Curiosity, sense of humor, willingness to try new ideas, and persistence in the face of adversity.
- Experience working with project coordination, operations support, or business process documentation.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies preferred but not required.
- Possess the ability to simultaneously balance and adjust scope, schedule, quality, and risks across multiple projects.
- Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint, Smartsheet, and project management tools preferred but not required.
- Basic coding skills in Python, SQL, and Excel.
- Able to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently, demonstrating flexibility and strong collaboration skills.
