Responsibilities

• Receive a project description during onboarding. Project examples include:
  • Defining and documenting process parameters
  • Supporting design efforts for product development
  • Quantifying and leading actions needed for scrap reduction
• Work independently while remaining open to instruction
• Participate in developmental opportunities such as projects, job rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes
• Know and understand the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures and contribute to achieving quality objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be pursuing an academic degree
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
• Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
• Assertive approach to solving problems
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods and lift and move thirty pounds
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
