DUTIES/RESULTS

• Making contributions to manufacturing and development projects, including designing automated test systems and developing both hardware and software solutions.
• Providing engineering support to manufacturing lines and analyzing customer and manufacturing failures to implement continuous improvement processes.
• Creating and releasing engineering documentation, writing, performing, and documenting acceptance tests for product modifications and new product development.
• Supporting PCB layout, advanced development, and product demonstrator development, as well as designing and fabricating production test jigs and fixtures.
• Engaging in systems operations, such as developing control system drawings, configuring distributed control systems, assembling and wiring distributed control systems, commissioning operator stations and servers, and developing operations graphic displays (HMIs).
• Detailing analog and digital I/O, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time undergraduate student enrolled in a cooperative engineering program at a 4-year college or university.
• Maintain a 2.5 or higher grade point average.
• Expected to complete a minimum of three work rotations.
• No prior experience required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not require visa sponsorship for employment authorization in the United States.
