As a Co-Manager, you will ensure each customer receives an amazing Tillys experience by assisting the Store Manager in managing daily store operations. This includes selling, hiring and training, scheduling and payroll, visual standards, and more.

Pay
Hourly salary range: $18.81 – $20.81. Offer placement within this range depends on prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume, and location.
