About the role
The Co-Manager at Road Ranger is responsible for providing and ensuring fast and friendly customer service, leading a team of employees, operating point-of-sale systems, safeguarding cash and inventory, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the clean image of the location.

Requirements
- 3+ years of retail or restaurant management experience
- A friendly, hard-working, and reliable leader
- Enjoy engaging with customers, employees, vendors, and making a difference in someone’s day
Qualifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control

$45,000 to $52,000 annually, plus store performance bonus potential!
Schedule
Hours vary based on store needs, but typically include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
