The Role
The Role
What You’ll Do:
- Perform men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and straight razor shaves
- Build client relationships that drive rebooking and retention
- Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, and work ethic
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Coach staff on performance metrics (rebooking rate, average ticket, retail sales, and service time)
- Enforce Diesel standards and procedures (service steps, appearance guidelines, cash handling, phone etiquette, appointments)
- Aid in cash drawer accuracy, deposits, and end-of-day procedures
- Handle client concerns professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Barber or Cosmetology license in [State]
- Proven skill in men's cuts, fades, and razor work
- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Available nights and weekends
- Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented

We are in the Top 10% in the industry with our Pay Package Options. Average transaction per Client $52+. Staff Average Pay is from $30 to $55+ per hour with tenure. *Salary, Bonus & Credit Tips. Cash tips not included. Exceptional Tip Potential & Clientele. Average Tip $13.35
