What You’ll Do

• Perform men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and straight razor shaves
• Build client relationships that drive rebooking and retention
• Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, and work ethic
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Coach staff on performance metrics (rebooking rate, average ticket, retail sales, and service time)
• Enforce Diesel standards and procedures (service steps, appearance guidelines, cash handling, phone etiquette, appointments)
• Aid in cash drawer accuracy, deposits, and end-of-day procedures
• Handle client concerns professionally

We are in the Top 10% in the industry with our Pay Package Options. Average transaction per Client $52+. Staff Average Pay is from $30 to $55+ per hour with tenure. *Salary, Bonus & Credit Tips. Cash tips not included. Exceptional Tip Potential & Clientele. Average Tip $13.35 We offer 401k with match, retention bonus, paid vacation, holidays off, employee discounts and paid training.
