Co-Lead Toddler Teacher

About the role

Hutch Kids Early Learning Center in Seattle, WA is seeking a qualified Co-Lead Toddler Teacher to work with Infant / Toddler (0–2) in a center-based environment. This position requires completed early childhood education college credits.

Responsibilities

• Plan & implement emergent, interest-based curriculum
• Observe & document children's development
• Plan & conduct parent-teacher conferences three times a year
• Write daily emails to families keeping them updated on classroom curriculum & activities

Requirements

• Lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted, bending, standing, climbing and walking
• Must have a negative TB skin test taken within the past year
• Must have proof of MMR vaccinations or immunity
• Must have a current flu vaccine
• Must be able to present or pass a DCYF background check
• Must have or be able to obtain within 10 days of hire, current First Aid/CPR and Blood-born pathogen certificate
• Must be able to work in a culturally diverse environment
• Must have OR be working toward an AA in Early Childhood Education

Pay

This Co-Lead Toddler Teacher role pays $26.18 to $28/Hr.
