Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers and distributors via e-mail with questions and concerns as needed.
- Responsible for setting up product support in NextGen application.
- Processing and fulfilling product orders in Dynamics.
- Aiding with any financial audit requests and providing necessary documentation to assist auditors, accounting, and finance.
- Updating and setting up customers in Customer Maintenance application.
- Processing Failed Key and License RMA’s and creating the orders in Dynamics.
- Processing License Modifications in licensing when needed.
Essential Requirements
- Business College graduate or equivalent work experience.
- Order processing experience preferred, in Dynamics, SalesForce, Oracle.
- Great attitude with able to perform under pressure during busy peaks throughout the year (required availability end of months/quarters/end of year/Holidays).
