About the role
Funded by a New Jersey Department of Education grant, Rutgers University is seeking a co-adjunct staff member to lead development specifications and the review process in the creation of online learning modules and training materials designed to support the implementation of research-based early reading instruction in elementary school classrooms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of online learning modules and training materials
- Review and approve materials to ensure they align with research-based early reading instruction
- Collaborate with educators and researchers to refine and enhance the materials
- Support the implementation of these materials in elementary school classrooms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field
- Experience in educational technology and/or early childhood education
- Strong understanding of research-based early reading instruction
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
