CNRG Sales Associate- MAC'S Hardware Devils Lake ND-FULL TIME Days/Nights/Some Weekends

About the role

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting all customers and directing them to the appropriate products.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries politely and provide accurate information.
• Order entry, special orders, and price lookups.
• Stock shelves and merchandise products according to plan-o-grams.
• Write sales orders and special orders using CNRG point-of-sale systems.
• Perform cycle counting of inventory and assist with customer loading.
• Use CNRG Resource Center to report pricing issues and other problems.
• Participate in store safety meetings and follow company safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Strong math, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Problem-solving ability and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of lumber, building materials, or general hardware merchandise.
• Able to lift and load merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hourly position (non-exempt from overtime).
