About the role
The CNO Analyst Programmer, Junior position offers an opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of healthcare information systems. This role involves working closely with IT teams to ensure that clinical workflows are optimized and patient data is accurately managed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, clinical staff, and project managers to understand system requirements and user needs.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Document code and provide technical support to other team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in software development or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Java programming languages.
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with version control systems like Git.
- Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and familiarity with healthcare IT systems.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements quickly.
Skills
