CNC Vertical Mill Machinist

What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC Vertical Mill machining centersLoad parts, cycle machine and detect malfunctions in operationsPerform highly diversified and complex contour milling, drilling, boring, and tappingInterpret blueprints to produce high quality partsMaintain tight tolerancesInspect work to verify conformance of finished productPerform minor machine maintenance such as maintaining coolants What We're Looking For 2+ years of CNC vertical mill setup and operationSolid blueprint reading skillsAbility to follow written work instructionsWorking knowledge of G & M codesExperience with materials such as steel, aluminum, cast iron and alloysHigh attention to detail and pride in craftsmanshipAbility to physically lift/push/pull objects up to 40 lbs.Standard measuring tools required Why WALCO?
