CNC Turning Programmer–Machinist (Mastercam)

About the role

Blast Cleaning Tech is responsible for performing blast cleaning operations on various materials to prepare surfaces for painting or other finishing processes. This includes setting up equipment, loading materials, operating blasting machines, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate blast cleaning equipment
• Load and unload materials from blast cleaning machines
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulations
• Document work activities and results

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Skills

• Proficiency in using CNC turning machines
• Experience with Mastercam software
