CNC Technician

About the role

A growing advanced manufacturing company is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, modern, climate‑controlled facility supporting CNC machining equipment and automated manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and automated production equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Support machine installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Work closely with production to minimize downtime and improve reliability

Requirements

• Experience maintaining CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, servo systems, and machine controls preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced production environment

Pay

$25 – $28 per hour, depending on experience.
