About the role

The CNC Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the CNC operations team, ensuring efficient production processes, and providing technical guidance to team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CNC operations to ensure optimal efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Provide technical support and training to CNC operators and technicians.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and meet project deadlines.
• Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC operations and/or management.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and associated technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
• Experience with CNC machine tools including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software for design and simulation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
