About the role
The CNC Systems Field Service Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers using CNC systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to CNC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on CNC systems
- Train customers on proper system operation and maintenance
- Document all service calls and maintenance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC systems maintenance
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of CNC systems and associated technologies
