CNC Field Service Technician

About the role

Morris Machining is seeking a CNC Field Service Technician to support our operations in St. Cloud, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machinery and experience in field service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair CNC machines on-site
• Provide technical support to customers regarding machine operation and maintenance
• Document service activities and provide reports to supervisors
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machining and/or field service
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Proficiency with CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code
• Knowledge of common CNC machine tools and their maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
