About the role
CNC Swiss Operators - (Citizen Swiss Machine and L and M Series) 3 Night Shift & 2 Weekend Shift.
Responsibilities
- Equipment operation
- Collect data from inspections
- Light process troubleshooting
- Light maintenance
- Tool selection
- 1st article inspections
Requirements
- Two years of experience operating CNC Swiss machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Citizen Swiss Machine and L and M Series
- Two years of trouble‑shooting experience on CNC Swiss machines
- Good math aptitude and good blueprint reading abilities
- Good understanding of SPC and the basic elements of TQM and GD&T
- If no CNC Swiss experience, CNC background with strong ability/desire to learn Swiss is acceptable
Skills
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to get along and work with others
- Ability to work overtime if needed
- Maintain compliance with company's policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Pay

Schedule
- Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:30am - 4pm
- Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2:15am
- Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 6am - 6pm
- Includes 15% Shift Differential
