About the role
A well-established manufacturing company in Arizona is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support ongoing production needs. This is an urgent opening for a hands-on programmer who can both program and run CNC equipment in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines using FeatureCAM
- Program and run CNC 3-axis mills and CNC lathes
- Set up machines and make program adjustments as needed
- Interpret blueprints and machining requirements
- Monitor part quality and perform in-process checks
- Work closely with shop leadership to support production deadlines
Required Experience
- Prior FeatureCAM programming experience preferred
- Ability to program and run CNC mills and lathes
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes
- Comfortable working in a production environment
- Hands-on, self-directed approach
Pay
$32–$36 per hour
