Responsibilities
- Develop CNC programs using Edgecam based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
- Make program edits and optimize machining processes for efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve machining challenges.
- Perform machine setups and prove out new CNC programs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Stay current with machining technologies and continuously improve programming methods.
- Work overtime or additional hours as production demands require.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency with Edgecam and SolidWorks.
- Experience with CNC milling, turning, and drilling operations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D quality standards.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical machining education is a plus.
- Hands-on machining experience required.
- Ability to lift materials and work in a production environment.
