Major Responsibilities
- Maintain digital data traceability.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM programming.
- Fixture design and development.
- Perform machine set-up.
- Perform all quality requirements.
- Continue to develop lean processes.
- Provide training support.
- Lean activities, continuous improvement.
Skills and Abilities
- Must have 5-Axis milling programming and machining background.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must have basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows.
- Must have working knowledge of Master Cam software.
- Must have at least 10 years of CNC Programming experience.
- Must be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods, using computer keyboard.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5-10 years related experience and training.
