CNC Programmer

Responsibilities

• Develop new CNC programs for second shift operations.
• Support and troubleshoot CNC programs across multiple shifts.
• Provide shop floor support and resolve program-related issues.
• Collaborate with first shift team for training and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• CNC Programming experience.
• CAM Programming experience with approximately 4 years of CAM programming experience.
• Experience with Siemens NX 2412, with a transition to 2512 preferred but not required.
• Strong CAM experience using Mastercam, CATIA, ESPRIT, or similar CAM software.
• Open to candidates willing to relocate.

Skills

• 3, 4, and 5-axis programming.
• VTL programming.
• EDM and Grinding.
• Experience with Vericut.
• Macro programming (subprograms, Boolean logic, IF/THEN/WHILE statements).
• Experience proving out first parts on machine tools.
• A manufacturing background is beneficial but does not replace the CAM programming requirement.

Pay

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $58.00 - $60.65/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
