CNC Operator-Swing Shift

Responsibilities
- Operate the CNC machine
- Learn the programs used to run the machine
- Apply basic mechanical skills for maintaining equipment and making routine changes to cutters, markers, and other tooling
- Use strong communication skills and maintain high attention to detail
Requirements
- Experience working on a robot/CNC machine is desirable
- Working knowledge of safe woodworking techniques and tooling
- Comfort with tools including saw, sander, router, grinder, and battery power drills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
- Ability to sit, stand, reach, and carry as needed for a full shift (8–10 hours)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Self‑motivated with a positive, solution‑seeking attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Consistent, reliable attendance and a commitment to a set work schedule
Pay
Salary range: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour.
Schedule
The hours for Swing shift are Monday to Thursday 2:15PM - 12:45AM with overtime on Friday and Saturday.
