Manufacturing CNC Operator-Swing Shift

About the role

Balanced Body is the world's largest designer and manufacturer of Pilates equipment, doing business in over 100 countries. Our Woodshop team is growing fast, and we're looking for someone to operate our CNC machine. This role requires basic computer skills, the ability to learn the programs used to run the machine, and basic mechanical skill for maintaining equipment and making routine changes to cutters, markers, and other tooling. Strong communication skills and high attention to detail are essential.

What You'll Do

• Operate the CNC machine
• Learn and use the programs required to run the machine
• Maintain equipment and make routine changes to cutters, markers, and other tooling

Requirements

• Experience working on a robot/CNC machine is desirable
• Working knowledge of safe woodworking techniques and tooling
• Comfort with tools including saw, sander, router, grinder, and battery power drills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
• Ability to sit, stand, reach, and carry as needed for a full shift (8–10 hours)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Self-motivated with a positive, solution-seeking attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Consistent, reliable attendance and a commitment to a set work schedule

Pay

$22.00 – $29.00 per hour

Schedule

Swing shift: Monday to Thursday 2:15PM – 12:45AM, with overtime on Friday and Saturday
