CNC Operator (Mazak)

CNC Operator / Mazak Lathe Operator role focused on setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC and Mazak Lathe machines to produce parts that meet production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and job instructions to ensure machined parts meet production specifications.
• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC and Mazak Lathe machinery.

Skills

• Knowledge of G&M codes.
• Knowledge of Mazatrol.
• Ability to use measurement and inspection tools.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing plant environment.
• High noise level; ear protection required in the area.

Physical Demands

Physical requirements include bending, standing, and operating machinery for extended periods.

Special Position Requirements

• Safety glasses and ear protection must be worn.
• Operate Mazak Lathe and CNC equipment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One year of CNC Lathe experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
