CNC Operator III - 2nd Shift

About the role

The 5 Axis CNC Operator III performs routine maintenance, conducts quality work checks, and sets up equipment while adhering to safety rules. They also address production inefficiencies and maintain necessary documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Conduct quality work checks to ensure machine produces quality standards
• Maintain required production and quality documentation
• Adhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment
• Assist in inspection of finished machine parts
• Verify dimensions of machine parts using precision measuring instruments
• Set up and run the first part after completion of machine setup
• Select tools and design fixtures to support the creation and modification of CNC programs

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of responsibility
