Position Overview
The CNC Operator 1 is responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The CNC Operator 1 will work under the supervision of senior operators and supervisors to ensure that production goals are met while adhering to company policies and procedures.

- Willingness to Learn and Follow Safety Protocols
- Associate Degree or Certificate in CNC Machining or Similar Program from an Accredited Institution
- 3+ Years of CNC Operation Experience
- Experience with Live Tooling and Multiple Axis Machining
- Ability to Lift and Move Materials Up to 50 Pounds
- Standing for Extended Periods
