CNC Operator I - Weekend Shift

Position Overview

The CNC Operator 1 is responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The CNC Operator 1 will work under the supervision of senior operators and supervisors to ensure that production goals are met while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Conduct basic machine maintenance and pre-use inspections.

Minimal Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic Understanding of CNC Machinery and Operations
• Ability to Read and Interpret Blueprints and Technical Drawings
• Strong Attention to Detail and Commitment to Quality
• Good Communication and Teamwork Skills
• Willingness to Learn and Follow Safety Protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Certificate in CNC Machining or Similar Program from an Accredited Institution
• 3+ Years of CNC Operation Experience
• Experience with Live Tooling and Multiple Axis Machining
