CNC Operator I
Position Summary
NyproMold is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level CNC Operator to join our machining team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in precision manufacturing and tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines under supervision
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper function and detect issues
- Perform tool changes and offsets as directed
- Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and setup sheets
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Keep machines and work areas clean and organized
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Vocational School – completion or active
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Basic math skills (measurement, fractions, decimals)

Pay and Benefits
The hourly pay range for this role is $16.35 - $29.42. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
