CNC Operator
Position Overview
The CNC Operator performs operation and setup of complex machined components for a variety of industries. This position supports production by operating machine tools, making offset adjustments, reading basic blueprints, running multiple machines and helping ensure finished parts meet print specifications and quality standards.

Essential Job Duties
- Operate machine tools and perform offset adjustments to ensure parts meet print specifications using written setup instructions
- Perform repetitive machining tasks with consistency and attention to quality standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints
- Correlate blueprint specifications with inspection protocols and documentation requirements
- Absorb and apply foundational knowledge of machining techniques and control functions to support production operations
- Run multiple machines simultaneously within a production cell to maximize throughput
- Utilize working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing to support accurate part production
- Mentor and train operators on repetitive machining tasks to promote skill development and process consistency
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team and production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- CNC technical diploma preferred
- 2 or more years of machining experience
- Proficiency with required measuring equipment for assigned work
- Solid math skills
- Strong mechanical interest and aptitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
