CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety, quality, and engineering procedures.
• Machines perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Load and unload materials on the machines.
• Inspect finished products visually and use hand gauges to measure parts and compare against requirements to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Record daily production data such as scrap and efficiency.
• If required, perform SPC checks as per Control Plan and Work Instructions.
• Maintain 5S standards to keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Conduct daily checks and preventative maintenance to ensure functionality of machinery.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical inclination and basic knowledge of manufacturing.
• Prior experience as a CNC machine operator is strongly preferred, but not required.
