CNC Operator
About the role
We are looking for a CNC Operator with a minimum of 3+ years experience, to operate a Thermwood 3-axis router at our Canandaigua building. The successful candidate will be required to set-up, cut, and label materials according to the production schedule. The operator will be expected to monitor quality, effectively communicate, and troubleshoot processes.

- Maintain quality control standards
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Monitor and troubleshoot processes as needed
Requirements
- Ability to machine all types of materials (aluminum, mdf, plywood, plastics)
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and measuring devices
- Ability to perform quality checks on product
- Proficient in CNC Machine operations: vacuum pumps, dust collection, machine interfaces, monitoring, tracking, and labeling cut lists
- Ability to organize, label, and monitor inventory levels
- Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable work ethic to meet deadlines
- Compliance with OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies

Pay
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule
8+ hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Some weekends may be worked if overtime is needed.
Skills
Fluent in English and Spanish would be a plus!
